Located in the heart of Islington, The Duke of Cambridge (“DoC”) is Britain’s first organic pub, certified by the Soil Association since 1998. If we had awards, this one would be the winner when it comes to longstanding commitments to sustainability. That’s over 26 years of serving organic food.

Speaking of awards, the DoC have also been awarded the highest accreditation from the Sustainable Restaurant Association with a 3* rating. Serving the freshest, seasonal ingredients from independent suppliers, who use the best organic and sustainable methods, is a priority. Oh and that goes for drinks too, in case you were wondering.
